After working at Arthur Anderson (a big 5 consulting firm) Jason realized he needed to be his own boss and launched his first digital agency Solar Velocity. He grew it to over 100 employees and worked with big brands like AT&T, Hitachi and Lotus Cars. After 12 years of growth he sold it in 2012.

Now he helps agencies replicate his success.

He’s the bestselling author of Accelerate Your Agency, the 8 Systems playbook for growing your agency faster.
